1.0 Payment Options

 

1.1 We accept all major credit cards & debit cards. Including MasterCard, Visa, Solo, Maestro. In addition we also accept PayPal.

 

1.2 All orders placed using our website are processed on a secure server SSL Encrypted, which assures all of our customer’s complete security of credit card details.

 

1.3 Payment via cheque. You can select to pay by cheque or money order in pounds sterling for the value of your order. Please note no goods will be despatched until your payment has been cleared. All cheques must be drawn on a UK bank & made payable to Corroy Products Ltd.

2.0 Delivery

 

2.1 The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order.

 

2.2 Orders placed before 3.00pm on a working day will be processed that day and will be delivered as per the requested delivery option provided no additional security checks are required and all stock items are available. (A working day constitutes days Monday to Friday only, not including bank holidays)

 

2.3 If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons under Corroys control then we will inform you as soon as possible.

 

2.4 If you deliberately fail to take delivery of the goods (otherwise than by reason of circumstances under control of the supplier) then without prejudice to any other right of remedy available to the supplier, the supplier may:

A. Store the goods until actual delivery and charge you for reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage; or

B. Sell the goods at the best readily obtainable price and (after deducting all reasonable storage and selling expenses) account to you for any excess over the price you agreed to pay for the goods or charge you for any shortfall below the price you agreed to pay for the goods.

 

2.5 If you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your contract under the distance selling regulations the supplier shall refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. On exercising your right to cancel you shall be required to return the goods to the supplier. Should you fail to return the goods, the supplier reserves the right to deduct any direct costs incurred by the supplier in retrieving the goods as a result of such failure.

2.6 The company will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 5 days from the expected delivery date. This will be the date advised on the customers automated despatch note which is emailed to the customer once the items have left our warehouse.

 

2.7 Should you require the goods to be redirected to another address after the goods have been despatched you may be required to pay an additional postage charge.

 

2.8 Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible as soon as your order has been accepted. However, the supplier will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case the supplier will inform you as soon as possible.

 

2.9 Upon receipt of you order you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please refuse the delivery. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as “UNCHECKED”. Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.

 

2.10 Whilst every effort shall be made to keep any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence. The company shall not be liable for any consequential loss incurred by the buyer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.

 

2.11 Delivery charges are calculated by weight and number of packages being sent.

 

2.12 Any refused deliveries will be returned to the supplier. Upon receipt of the goods with the supplier a refund will be issued minus 10% of the value of the order to cover administration costs.

 

3.0 Returns & Refunds Procedure

 

3.1 You may return any of the goods delivered to you within 7 days of the date of delivery. Returns must be made to our address at your own cost and risk. Any sum debited to Corroy Products Ltd from your credit card, will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible for any such returned goods provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by Corroy Products Ltd in the condition they were in when delivered to you, i.e. a resalable condition.

4.0 VAT

 

4.1 Vat stands for Value Added Tax, which is charged on most goods and services within the European Union subject currently 17.5% to the terms below.

 

5.0 Order Chasing Enquiries

 

5.1 For order enquiries please contact Corroy Products Ltd via email helpme@corroy.co.uk stating   your  full name & address,date the order was placed and method of how it was placed i.e. website, phone or fax.

 


 

6.0 Availability

 

6.1 We aim to keep sufficient stock so that we never run out. However on occasions of unexpectedly high demand we may unfortunately run out. If this happens we may delay dispatch of your order for a couple of days while new stock is obtained. Or we may, at our discretion, supply or deliver a substituted product or refund you the price paid for such goods as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days. If we are expecting a longer delay we will use the information you have provided with your order to keep you informed of progress. You may contact us at any time to check on the progress of your order.

 

7.0 Cancellation

 

7.1 If you wish to cancel you order you may do so at any time until we dispatch it. Your order will be packed and dispatched in a very short period. If you wish to cancel the order you should do so by telephone and we will confirm that it has been possible.

 

7.2 On cancellation for whatever reason, you must return the goods to us at your own cost unless we agree that you may dispose of them in which case please comply with the manufacturer’s instructions before disposing of hazardous goods.

 

7.3 Where the goods are being returned because they are faulty, incorrect goods or because of unsuitable substitution by us, we will meet the cost of return but we ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier.

 

8.0 Security of Credit Card and Payment Information

 

8.1 Corroy Products Ltd is constantly reviewing our secure payment service as to maintain our high levels of security. We use a combination of techniques to ensure that transactions passed are secure and trusted.

 

8.2 SHOULD YOU DISCOVER THAT YOUR CREDIT CARD HAS BEEN USED FOR AN UNAUTHORISED TRANSACTION CORROY PRODUCTS LTD WILL REFUND TO YOU THE MONEY IT RECEIVES PROVIDED THAT: -

 

8.2.1 You inform you Credit Card Company and Corroy Products Ltd as soon as you discover it.

8.2.2 You co-operate fully with both your credit card company and the police.

8.2.3 You co-operate fully with Corroy Products Ltd and our shipping agents.

 

9.0 Liability

 

9.1 If you do not receive the order placed by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered we shall have no liability to you unless you notify Corroy Products Ltd via e-mail at to be decided of the problem within 40 days of your order date.

 

9.2 Once you have notified Corroy Products Ltd of a problem of this nature. Our obligation to you will be at our discretion:

 

9.3 To make good any shortage and or non-delivery.

 

9.4 To replace or repair any goods that is damaged or defective.

 

9.5 To refund the amount paid by you for the goods in question

 

9.6 All terms, conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by statute, applicable local law or otherwise in relation to the goods you order are excluded. Nothing in this condition is, however intended to limit any rights that you may have as a consumer under applicable local law that may not be excluded, nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

9.7 Corroy Products Ltd will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damages arising out of any problem you notify to Corroy Products Ltd under this condition. Corroy Products Ltd shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation.

 

9.8 Corroy Products Ltd endeavours to provide accurate information at all times. However Corroy Products Ltd accepts no liability for any inaccuracies, technical inaccuracies or typographical errors published within our web site or publications.

 

9.9 Corroy Products Ltd reserves the right to change pricing or specification without prior notification.

 

10.0 Retention of Title

 

10.1 All products ordered by yourselves remain the property of Corroy Products Ltd, until you have made payment in full to Corroy Products Ltd.

 

11.0 Trading Terms

 

11.1 Corroy Products Ltd terms & conditions, together with our current web site prices, delivery details and contact details, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by

 

11.2 Corroy Products Ltd. These terms & conditions strictly cannot be varied in anyway. In particular nothing stated by our staff should be understood as a variation to these terms & conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any goods for sale by Corroy Products Ltd.

 

11.3 Corroy Products Ltd has no such liability for any such representation whether being untrue or misleading.
